จะเป็นตอนที่อดีตปธน.ทรั้มฟ์และพรรคพวกที่วางแผนยึดอำนาจ ทำการข้อร้องและขู่เข็ญจนท.ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการเลือกตั้ง ของรัฐท้องถิ่นเช่นที่รัฐจอร์เจีย อริโซน่า เพนซิลวาเนีย และอีกหลายแห่งที่นายทรั้มฟ์แพ้แก่โจ ไบเดน คาดว่าคณะกรรมาธิการชุดนี้วันนี้จะนำมาเปิดเผยในรายละเอียด พร้อมหลักฐานเสียงพูดในเทป หรือเป็นคำสั่งต่างๆจากแมสมีเดีย หรือเอกสารในการปลอมแปลงเปลี่ยนตัวผู้ถือคะแนน(electors) ของหลายรัฐดังกล่าว ให้เปลี่ยนตัวบุคคลและตัวเลข เป็นว่านายทรั้มฟ์เป็นผู้ชนะ และจะให้พรรครีพับลิกันของนายทรั้มฟ์ในสภาหนุนโวยวายว่ามีการคตโกงกันมากมาย และระหว่างสอบสวนหาข้อยุติ นายทรั้มฟ์ก็จะอยู่ในตำแหน่งระยะหนึ่ง แล้วคอยบิดเบีอนเรื่องเท็จให้เป็นจริง จนเ่รื่องไปถึงศาลสูง(US Supreme Court) มีผู้พิพากษาฝ่ายขวาที่นายทรั้มฟ์เลือกเข้าไป 3 ตำแหน่งที่ว่างลง ในระยะที่เขาครองอำนาจมา 4 ปี จนเป็นที่รู้ว่าศาลสูงขณะนี้ เป็นองค์กรที่โปรพรรครีพับลิกัน 6 ท่าน และเป็นฝ่าวเดโมแครตเพียง 3 เสียง โอกาสที่นายทรั้มฟ์จะเป็นผู้ชนะมีมากล้น การปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยของสหรัฐอเมริกาที่มีระบบสร้างอิสระเสรีภาพและความรุ่งเรืองมา 245 ปีมาแล้ว ก็คงจบลงครานี้ คือฝ่ายนายทรั้มฟ์ที่แพ้การเลือกตั้ง กลับยึดอำนาจอยู่ได้ต่อไป เหมือนพวกเผด็จการทรราช ที่แฝงร่างมาอ้างว่าเป็นการปกครองแบบประชาธิปไตย อันเส็งเคร็งทั่วโลก ตัวอย่างเช่นปูตินของรัสเซีย(อยู่ในอำนาจมา 21 ปีแล้ว), อีดิวันของเตอรกี, มาดูโรของเวเนซูเอลลา, ระบบพระอิหม่ามของพวกมุสลิมเข่นอิหร่าน, ซาอุดิอาเรเบียและเจ้าครองนครทั้งหลายในตะวันออกกลาง, แม้พวกพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์ที่เป็นเพียงพรรคเตี่ยวที่เป็นเผด็จการยึดอำนาจรัฐ เลือกและแต่งตั้งกันเองเข่น จีน, เวียตนาม, ลาว, กำพูชา, เกาหลีเหนือ, บรูไน, กากสัตว์จักรีไทยอันปกครองรัฐที่ระยำที่สุดในโลกมา240 ปีมาแล้ว, และแม้แต่สิงค์โปร์ที่เป็นเผด็จการทางรัฐสภา ก็ล้วนเป็นประเทศทรราขจำแลงดังกล่าวด้วยกันทั้งนั้น  การต่อสู้เพื่อเปิดเผย และคงมีบทลงโทษมากน้อยต่อผู้บุกรุกรัฐสภาอเมริกาครั้งนี้ มีขึ้นอย่างแน่นอน และอาจจะเป็นก้าวสำคัญที่จะทำให้อเมริกาแตกแยกหนัก ถึงกับต้องรบกันเอง เป็นศึกกลางเมืองอีกครั้ง(civil war)ก็อาจจะเป็นได้

  ....เมื่อยังอยู่บนโลกนี้ วัฎจักรอันเป็นกฏแห่งกรรมนั้นมีจริง "อะไรที่ขึ้นสูงถึงขีดสุดแล้ว มันจะถูกแรงถ่วงโลกสอยลงมา เหมือนที่เซอร์ไอแซค นิวตัน(Sir Isaac Newton)คิดมาได้เป็น 3 กฏใหญ่ทางวิชาฟิสิคส์(Newton's law of motion)
1.Inertia(แรงเฉื่อย) วัตถุใดที่กำลังคลื่อน(หรือหยุดนิ่ง) จะพยายามคงสภาวะะขั้นนั้นของตัวไว้
2. F=maความเร็วขึ้นอยู่กับพละกำลังที่ใช้ผลักและน้ำหนักของเป้าหมาย
3.F(AB)=F(BA)อะไรทีมันถูกกดเต็มที่แล้วมันจะเด้งขึ้น ด้วยพลังแรงสะท้อนที่เท่ากัน"

และมี 3 สิ่งเป็นส้จธรรมของชีวิตมนุษย์คือ "พระอาทิตย์ ดวงจันทร์ และความจริง"

ประเทศกลาแลนด์ของเราขณะนี้ถูกปกครองมา 240 ปีหลังโดยจักรี ด้วยระบบสุดปาเถื่อนเลวทรามถึงที่สุดแล้ว มันกำลังจะเป็นระบบ"ตาต่อตา-ฟันต่อฟัน" จะไม่มีทางหลีกเลี่ยงสงครามปลดแอกจากประขาขน ผูู้หิวโหยทั้งจากปากท้องและอิสรเสรีภาพมานานแสนนาน จงใช้กฏของนิวตันข้อที่ 3 ไปสู่ข้อที่2 โดยจัดตั้งกองกำลังต่อต้านด้วยอาวุธ ให้มันปั่นป่วน เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานะ ที่มันยึดอำนาจเราไว้มาแสนนาน สิ่งนั้นคือการ"รวมตัวรวมใจให้เป็นพลังมหาศาล" แล้วสามารถย่นเวลาคืออัตราเร่ง ให้เกิดปฏิบัติการแบบลูกโซ่(chain reaction) โค่นล้มมันได้ในที่สุด มันจะหนีกฏแห่งความเป็นจริงอันเป็นสัจธรรมของมนุษย์ย่อมไม่ได้
อย่าให้เหลือหนามหน่ออีกต่อไปคราวนี้ อย่าทำแบบนายปรีดี พนมยงค์ที่ทำให้เราเสียเวลามาแล้วสามขั่วคน 90 ปีมาแล้ว อย่าได้คิดปฏฺิรูปเป็นอันขาด สู้ไอ้พวกซาตาน ต้องสังหารและขุดรากภอนโคนมันรูปเดียวเท่านั้น

ใข้คนดีผู้รักชาติและเผ่าพันธุ์เหมือนสมเด็จตากสินมหาราช โดยเริ่มจากคนสองคน แล้วกลายเป็นกลุ่มๆ จนในที่สุดจะกลายเป็นกองทัพ ดังที่มหาบุรุษนักปฏิวัติผู้ยิ่งใหญ่ของโลกเขาทำสำเรืจมาตลอด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นวอร์ชิงตัน วลาดิเมียร์ เลนิน-ทร้อสกี โฮจิมินห์ เมาเซตุง คาสโตร-เชกูวารา ซุนยัดเซน คานธี อองซาน ซูกาโน-ดร.ฮัตตา อายาโตลาโคไมนี่ บินลาดิน ไอซีส ฯลฯ

ปราบโจรต้องใช้กองโจรและใช้วิธีของโจรเท่านั้น !!  ไม่มีวิธีอื่นทดแทนได้

เมื่อไม่กล้าสู้ ก็จงก้มหน้าก้มตาดูแต่ที่พื้น(ไม่มีสิทธิ์มองหน้าใคร) คอยกราบพินอบพิเทา เลียตีนเลียเท้าเพื่อเอาใจมัน จัดสรรหาคำพูตเพราะพริ้งยัดใส่หูมัน อย่างไม่เคยมีศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์มีในตัวเลย และยินดีจะอยู่ใต้ตีนพวกมันกันตลอดไป จะกี่ชั่วอายุก็ไม่ใช่ธุระของใคร กูอยากเป็นทาสในเรือนเบี้ยซะอย่าง ท้องอิ่มวันๆเป็นใช้ได้ !!

The United Nations' humanitarian agency OCHA raised concerns that the humanitarian conditions in eastern Ukraine continue to deteriorate four months into the Russian invasion. "Nearly four months since the start of the war, the humanitarian situation across Ukraine — particularly in the eastern Donbas — is extremely alarming and continues to deteriorate rapidly," the OCHA said in a statement. The situation in the key city of Sievierodonetsk, where heavy fighting has been taking place in recent weeks, is "particularly worrying," the OCHA added. Ukrainian officials have said that thousands of civilians remain in the city, with hundreds sheltering in a local chemical plant.  According to the OCHA, the UN and its partners have delivered aid to more than 8.8 million people across Ukraine since the Russian invasion started.
In a regular intelligence report, the British Defense Ministry said Russia was increasingly cracking down on opposition to the war. "In Russia, the war has accelerated the state’s long-term trajectory towards authoritarianism," the report said. Citing migration applications, the ministry said some 15,000 Russian millionaires were likely trying to leave the country. It added that the so-called Freedom for Russia Legion, which includes Russians fighting on Ukraine's side, has "almost certainly deployed in combat alongside the Ukrainian military." The report noted that Russia's parliament was working to introduce a 20-year sentence for Russians who fight against the Russia.

The European Commission is due to recommend granting EU candidate status to Ukraineand Moldova later on Friday. Candidate status is not the same as EU membership — it denotes the start of an often lengthy process toward joining the bloc. The Commission will give its opinion on the matter to the EU's 27 members after an agreement on the opinion in a meeting Friday, and the decision is expected to be made public next week. The bloc's governments will then have to decide how to proceed. On Thursday, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, French President Emmanuel Macron and Romanian President Klaus Iohannis said in Kyiv that they backed Ukraine's application for EU candidate status. Ukraine and Moldova will likely face a long accession process. For Ukraine, the focus of the process will be on promoting good governance, the rule of law and measures to tackle corruption. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky submitted Ukraine's bid for EU membership shortly after the war started in February.

Self-propelled howitzers, the Panzerhaubitze 2000, are the first heavy weapons sent by Germany to arrive in Ukraine. Ukraine confirmed the howitzers and other heavy weapons were received, but says they are just a drop in the ocean of what is needed to fend off the Russian assault.

Russia continues to make advances in the Donbas. Ukrainian officials say its forces have captured several more settlements and now control almost all of the Luhansk region.

Meanwhile, a diplomatic dispute between Russia and Lithuania is escalating after the Baltic state blocked the rail transit of sanctioned goods through its territory to the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. Lithuania says it's just following EU guidelines — now Moscow's threatening 'serious consequences.'

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Wednesday told the German parliament, the Bundestag, that members of the NATO alliance could rely on Berlin.

With Russia's invasion of Ukraine top of the agendas for three major summits — of the EU, G7 and NATO — Scholz's speech focused on Berlin's support for NATO and Kyiv.

In his speech, the chancellor stressed that Germany not only took responsibility for its own security, but also for that of its allies. He said this was underlined by a €100 billion ($107 billion) upgrade of the Bundeswehr agreed by both houses of parliament.

"Security is the most fundamental promise that a state owes its citizens," Scholz said, citing a turning point in history.

"The German armed forces will be equipped so it can protect our country and our allies against any attack," Scholz told the parliament. "That is the standard for the new Bundeswehr."

The chancellor also said Ukraine was getting the weapons it most urgently needed at the current phase of the war. He said the German government had decided to list all of the weapons it had already sent to Ukraine, as other NATO allies have done.

The fifth January 6 select committee public hearing was blockbuster. There was important testimony from Department of Justice officials

proving Donald Trump's criminal intent. The hearing also revealed the members of Congress who sought pardons for their role in the insurrection. Finally, there was significant evidence of a dramatic showdown between Trump and his DOJ officials who threatened to resign en masse if Trump appointed Jeffrey Clark as acting Attorney General. Clark had pledged to do Trump corrupt bidding to overturn the election results if Trump would make him AG.

In a related story, federal authorities just searched Jeffrey Clark's Virginia home in an escalation of DOJ's criminal investigation of the insurrection.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has renewed his call for faster arms shipments to his country. Russian troops are intensifying their assault in the Donbas region. He described the situation there in his nightly address.
They are closing in on the city of Lysychansk, in eastern Donbas. Russian troops are now less than three kilometres from the city limits. They've already captured almost all the neighboring city of Severodonetsk.

Russian forces have also resumed pounding Ukraine's second-biggest city, Kharkiv, located near the Russian border. Missile strikes there on Tuesday and Wednesday were the worst in weeks.

In Brussels, EU leaders and the leaders of the six Western Balkan countries are meeting to discuss a new pan-European political area, proposed to bring aspiring member countries closer to existing EU members.
This comes as Ukraine and Moldova are expected to be designated as official candidates for EU membership, leaving some Balkan countries frustrated  by their own path to EU accession which they say is taking too long.
In Brussels, German Chancelor Olaf Scholz addressed the frustration expressed by the Balkan nations, waiting for EU membership.

The House select committee investigating the attack on the US Capitol  announced that it will hold a previously unscheduled hearing to provide newly acquired evidence and testimony about the insurrection.
In another January 6 development, former attorney General Eric Holder lays out the overwhelming evidence of Donald Trump's criminal intent and suggests that any defense that relied on a claim that Trump lacked corrupt intent would be "laughed" out of court.

In what can only be described as blockbuster revelations, top aide to former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows revealed the depths and danger of former President Donald Trump's crimes.

Trump was told by his security staff that the angry mob that had assembled on the Ellipse was armed with assault rifles, pistols and other weapons. Trump then directed that the metal detectors be taken down so the crowd would not be disarmed, saying, "they are not here to hurt me." The reasonable inference from this statement is that Trump knew the mob was there to hurt the people at the US Capitol who were about to certify Joe Biden's election win. And Trump wanted to lead them to the Capitol, guns and all.
Other revelations include the fact the Mark Meadows requested a pardon, proving that he knew he committed crimes and further knew he would need a pardon to get away with those crimes.
It is remarkable that 25-year-old Cassidy Hutchinson stepped forward and testified, filling the evidentiary void created by Mark Meadows cowardice in refusing to testify about the crimes of Donald Trump.

ยูเครนกำลังจะเสียทั้งซีวิโรดอนเนทส์(Sievierodonetsk)และลิซิชานส์(Lysychansk)และโดนจรวดลูกยาวไปทุกแห่งตามเมืองใหญ่รวมทั้งเริ่มกดดันแรงขึ้นต่อโอเดสสา(Odessa)เมืองท่องเที่ยวริมทะเลดำ(Black Sea)

วันนี้เป็นวันครบ 246 ปีที่อเมริกาได้ประกาศอิสระภาพ เพื่อปลดแอกตัวเองจากการเป็นทาส ในอาณานิคมของกษัตริย์อังกฤษ ในทวีปอเมริกาเหนือ และเริ่มจัดตั้งกองกำลัง โดยรวมตัวกันต่อสู้กับอาวุธประจำกายที่ใช้ล่าสัตว์ ทั้งปืนแก๊ปที่ต้องบรรจุกระสุนและดินปืนจากทางปากกระบอก และมีดดาบหรือหน้าไม้ธนู  เข้าร่วมทำสงครามเพื่อปลดแอกตัวเองให้เป็นเสรีชน ใช้เวลาถึงเกือบ 5 ปีจึงได้รับชัยชนะเหนือทหารอังกฤษที่เมืองยอร์คทาวน์(Battle of Yorktown(19 ตุลาคม 1781) โดยจับเชลยทหารอังกฤษได้ 8,000 คน จึงบังคับให้อังกฤษต้องยอมแพ้ต่อสงคราม และอังกฤษบิดเบี่ยวถ่วงเซ็นสัญญาไปอีกเกือบ 2 ปี และเมื่อได้อิสรภาพเป็นทางการโดยสนธิสัญญาแวไซลด์(Treaty of Paris) แล้วในวันที่ 3 กันยายน 1783 รวม 7 ปี 2 เดือน  และหลังจากนั้นทั้ง 13 มลรัฐมีการเจรจากันหลายรอบหลายครา ว่าแต่ละรัฐจะตกลงจะปกครองประเทศกันอย่างไร?  จะรวมกันเป็นประเทศอย่างไร? ด้วยวิธีใด?  และตกลงกันไม่ได้ จนเวลาผ่านไปถึง 21 มิถุนายน 1788 (รวมเกือบอีก 5 ปี และรวมทั้งหมดหลังประกาศอิสรภาพแล้ว 12 ปี) จึงมีการร่างรัฐธรรมนูญและให้สัตยาบันต่อกันขึ้นมาได้ ใข้ปกครองประเทศระบอบสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตย มาจนกระทั่งปัจจุบัน 246 ปีมาแล้วช

ยูเครนจำต้องถอนตัวเมืองสุดท้ายในแคว้นลูฮานส์(Luhansk)  โดยต้องถอนกำลังกลุ่มสุดท้าย จากเมืองลิสิชานคส์มุ่งสู้ที่มั่นใหม่ ที่เมืองสโลวียาสคส์(Slovyansk)และเมืองคมานคส์(Kamansk) เพราะทนการถูกระดมยิงกระหน่ำด้วยจรวดทั้งทางภาคพื้นดินและจากเครื่องบิน และปืนใหญ่สนามของรัสเซีย 130 มม(M-46 หรือเรียกอีกชื่อว่า M1954) ระยะยิงหวังผลจาก 24.5 กม. - 38 กม.ที่ใช้มาตั้งแต่ 1954 ซึ่งล่องแจ้ง(LS -20A) ซำทอง(LS-20) และทุ่งไหหินทุกจุดตั้งของทหารเสือพรานในลาว (1970-1973) ล้วนรู้รสชาดปืนใหญ่รัสเซียชนิดนี้ดีเป็นพิเศษ รัสเซียใช้ยิงผลักดันทหารยูเครนทั้งที่มาริอูโพล ซิวิโรดอนเนทส์ และล่าสุด ลิสิชานคส์ วันละประมาณ 1,000 นัด ทหารยูเครนขาดอาวุธหนักที่เนโต้และอเมริกาจัดส่งให้มาไม่ทัน ที่มาได้ถึงแล้วก็เพียงกระปิตกระปรอย ก็จำต้องถอยออกจากแนวส่วนนี้ออกไปก่อน เพื่อถนอมกำลังพลเอาไว้ และจะรอเมื่ออาวุธถึงมือพร้อมแล้ว แต่การตีได้คืนนั้นจะยากเป็นหลายเท่านัก  ก็จะคอยดูกันต่อไป นัยว่าเมื่อหิมะลงปลายหน้าฤดูใบไม้ร่วง(autumn) ยูเครนคงพร้อมจะทำการยุทธที่พร้อมสรรพ แม้จะเสียเปรียบทางกำลังทางอากาศมาก แต่ขวัญและกำลังใจของทหารรัสเซีย ที่กำลังขาดกำลังพลร่อยหรอลงทุกทีนั้น อาจกลายเป็นมวยพลิกล้อคก็ได้

A day after Russia claimed control of the Luhansk region, Pavlo Kyrylenko, the governor of Donetsk province in eastern Ukraine, has urged the evacuation of 350,000 people. Kyrylenko said that this would be a necessary step to save lives and allow Ukrainian forces to prepare defenses in towns ahead of a Russian advance. "The destiny of the whole country will be decided by the Donetsk region," Kyrylenko told reporters and added “Once there are less people, we will be able to concentrate more on our enemy and perform our main tasks.'' The comments from the governor come as Russian forces bombarded the key city of Sloviansk.

Regional authorities in Donetsk said two were killed and seven more were injured during heavy shelling on the Ukrainian city of Sloviansk on Tuesday. Local governor Pavlo Kyrylenko made the announcement on Telegram and said Russian shells had targeted the city's market. AFP journalists in Sloviansk reportedly saw the marketplace hit as firefighters worked to put out the fire while three shells hit nearby streets. "Once again the Russians are intentionally targeting places where civilians assemble," Kyrylenko wrote. In 2014, Sloviansk was briefly controlled by Russian-backed forces before Ukraine could retake the city.

With Russia now expected to turn its attention to the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region following the capture of Lysychansk, foreign and security policy analyst Domitilla Sagramoso told DW that despite these developments, Russia has made limited progress in the rest of the Donetsk Oblast, and pointed to the defensive efforts of Ukrainian forces.
"There have been hardly any advances of Russian forces in the rest of the Donetsk Oblast. So so far they've been really very good at holding any Russian attack. They have very good defensive positions, so one could expect that for some time these regions might not fall." Sagromoso said that Russian forces may feel like they have momentum and are expected to target Sloviansk but she highlighted Ukraine’s ability to launch attacks on Russian targets in hit and run attacks. "It's also important to note how much the Ukrainians are also hitting behind the lines. There have been attacks on ammunition depots, on infrastructure, on airports in the areas of Melitopol, also in Kharkiv Oblast, also in Donetsk Oblast."

The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack will hold its seventh public hearing July 12. It is not yet clear what the focus of the hearing will be about.

The hearing comes after the committee on June 28 focused their hearing on the testimony of Cassidy Hutchinson, a senior aide to former Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows, who, in the course of her work for the White House, had firsthand insight into communications between Meadows and former President Donald Trump, including those leading up to the insurrection and in the days afterward.
